STAGING

THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS

1. INITIAL PHONE CALL - In this phone call we will discuss your goals, timeline, and schedule a site visit

2. INITIAL SITE VISIT - After walking your home together, I will suggest what can be done to show your home in the best way possible based upon your budget and time frame. Potential things I will suggest will be changing of fixtures, painting, and what needs to be moved, packed, or organized.

3. FIRST STAGING APPOINTMENT - I like to do two days of staging to prepare for photos. This first appointment will consist of rearranging things and necessary, helping you pack the remaining items that are not needed, and creating a list of staging materials to bring. This appointment should take place 1 week to 3 days before photos are scheduled.

4. SECOND STAGING APPOINTMENT - During this visit I will bring and place the staging materials needed. Generally these are the types of items I will provide: new towels, bedding, flowers, accent furniture, throw pillows, artwork, decorations, etc. This meeting will take place a day before or up to a few hours before the photos are scheduled. After Photos, I will take any linens with me, but will leave all other items until showings/open houses are completed. After the first accepted offer, I will come collect all of the other items.
